This week will be a very busy week for us. We have lots to do to get ready.
We need to shop for our groceries and we keep thinking of things we will need, like an ice chest and a hibachi. We plan to do lots of cooking and freezing so that our meals will be easy.
One thing we still don't have that we feel is necessary is a laptop! That's top on our list, we feel we will use it considerably while we are away. Checking e-mail, updating the blog, looking up directions and things to do, paying a bill or two, and work that Rico needs to do in order to work independently after we get home. We both can't be unemployed forever (although it would be nice!).
Among all the planning, Josh has his first swimming lesson today, and his papa has two seminars to go to later this week.
These are all the necessary things we need to get done in the next 6 days in order to have a leisurely 30 days on the road...
